IMPORTANT: When you sign up as a member, be sure to sign up for the correct number of children in your family size as we do not allow alternate children on the memberships. The best thing about our new membership options is 2 adults are free and can be used interchangeably from one visit to the next. What that means is if a grandparent and a parent, or 2 grandparents, or a nanny want to come in with the kids, they can!

THE FINE PRINT
- To enroll in one of our memberships, you must register a card with your reoccurring subscription.
- To enroll in one of our memberships, you will have to do so on a device that is not Mystic Mountain’s as this will cause issues in the future and during set up. If you need assistance with the process of sign up, feel free to call, email, message us, or simply sign up in store.
- You are able to edit your membership under your account on our website. This includes increasing or decrease the number of children on your membership, pausing or canceling your membership.
- If you wish to cancel your membership, you must cancel prior to your reoccurring date.
- If you reach out to cancel after your reoccurring payment has processed, refunds will not be issued.
- Putting your membership on pause, results in cancelation.
- If you choose to cancel, you are ineligible to signup for 3 months from the date of your membership ending.
- If you purchase a 6 month or 12 month membership, refunds will not be given for choosing not to utilize your membership or perks.
- If your membership payment fails, we will reach out to confirm whether you intend to cancel or there was an issue with the card on file. We will help get your card information corrected and are able to charge your card if you give us the go ahead. We will not charge manually unless this occurs and you give us written confirmation to do so.
