Tickets are required for all walking aged children.
Children 12 months (not walking) and under are free with a paid sibling.
2 Free adults, each additional adult requires a ½ priced ticket.
Do Parents/Adults Have to Pay to Enter?
We do not require admission for up to 2 adults, each additional adults require a ½ priced ticket. We are a play together facility where we encourage parent/adult participation by having parents play with their kids, however participation is not required. Our 2nd level of the play structure has a maximum weight limit of 250lbs per person.
Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes, we are required to collect a waiver for everyone entering. Click here to sign the waiver online and be ready for your next visit.
Do You Accomodate Toddlers?
Yes! We have 2 areas of play, including our Little Explorers play yard offering over 500 sq ft for ages 3 and under. This area is enclosed with a 1 ½’ high soft play boarder to ensure the safety of our little explorers. Some of the activities for them to enjoy are small double slide, play panel activities, soft play multi climb and slide, moonwalk climb, soft play block set, lookout, and a soft play seesaw.
Do You Offer Birthday Parties or Pirvate Parties?
Absolutely! We offer a variety options for parties for all budgets and sizes based on the number of children attendance. From our single and double room parties and even private events where you can book the entire facility. For all the details on parties, visit our BIRTHDAY PARTY page.
Is there an age restriction for birthday parties?
Our birthday parties are tailored for children 12 and younger. We aim to provide a fun and safe environment for young ones to enjoy their special day with friends and family. If you have any specific concerns about the age range or need further assistance, please feel free to reach out to our team, and we’ll be more than happy to help accommodate your party needs.
Can Older Kids or Teenagers Play?
Yes. While our facility is best suited for kids up to 12, we encourage older siblings to come and play as well. All that we ask is that older kids agree to our SAFE PLAY PLEDGE of ensuring safe play around younger kids and to be a good role model inside the facility. The second level of our play structure has a maximum weight limit of 250lbs per person.
Can I Drop My Kids Off and Leave?
We do not allow child drop off. We require adult supervision for all kids entering the facility. We do allow 16-year-olds or older to supervise their younger siblings as long as a parent or guardian has stated that is acceptable and everyone understands that that individual is responsible for their siblings for the duration of their visit.
Is the Playground Safe and Clean?
Yes! Playground cleanliness is a high priority for us. Throughout the day we wipe down and disinfect high touch areas. At the close of the day on Tuesdays, we do a deep cleaning, including washing all balls in the ball pit and an entire facility cleaning. We have staff on duty for all play sessions to ensure all participants are following our safe play protocols. For our smaller adventurers, we have a 3-and-under play area just for them.
What are the Playground Safety Rules?
- Socks must be worn at all times.
- The “Little Explorers Zone” is exclusively for children ages 3 and under (and their parents, of course).
- We promote respectful play and kindly request all visitors to treat others with courtesy and consideration while enjoying the facility.
- Consumption of food and beverages is not allowed within the play areas.
- Only one person is allowed on each slide at any given time, and sliding feet-first is required. Please refrain from walking up the slides.
- All explorers must be supervised by a responsible adult of at least 16 years of age during the play session.
- Diving or performing flips into the ball areas is prohibited.
- Jumping from the slides to the ball pit is prohibited.
- Climbing on the exterior of nets or play structures is not permitted.
