Before proceeding with your booking, we kindly ask for your approval of the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

Allowed Items

What items can be brought into the facility?

Individual water / individual drinks (Pouches, bottles, juice boxes, etc.) No cans please
Cake, cupcakes, big cookie, or equivalent
Ice Cream
Refrigerator food options such as: sandwich tray, meat & cheese tray, veggie tray, fruit tray, etc.
Hot Food: Pizza

Items Not Allowed

What items cannot be brought into the facility?

Hot Food (Anything other than pizza)
Large Container Beverages (Such as 2 liters, gallon jugs, etc.)

Decorations

What is the decorations policy?

Allowed: Decorations such as balloons, streamers, theme table / wall decors, etc. are acceptable. Removable tape only. Please remove all tape and decorations at the end of your party.
Not Allowed: Decorations being put on walls with an object that will put holes in the walls.

Online reservations can generally be made up to 90 days in advance. For dates further in the future, please get in touch with us for assistance; we’re here to help!
Should you wish to modify your reservation, kindly contact us with as much advance notice as possible, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.
In case of a cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. If you provide notice 30 days or more in advance, we’re pleased to offer a 100% refund of the reservation cost. For cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice, we can issue a gift certificate for the full amount of your purchase. These gift certificates can be used for future parties, playground tickets, snacks, and souvenirs.
Cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances will be subject to a refund at the discretion of Mystic Mountain Indoor Playground.
In order to guarantee a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we do have limitations on the number of guests per session. We ask for a rough estimate on party guests when checking out. If this number changes, please inform us as soon as possible regarding the number of playing guests you plan to have. Typically, we release public tickets 2-3 weeks in advance, so early notification will help us secure availability for your guests.
The maximum room capacity is 25, as per fire safety regulations.
Booking balance and admission fees are due day of the party. Upon your guests’ arrival, we will aid in tallying the individuals who intend to access the play areas. You will receive the final amount payable at the conclusion of the party session.
Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy our facilities. However, we kindly request that all participants adhere to our ‘Safe Play Pledge’ and do not exceed a weight limit of 250 pounds.
You have the flexibility to decide when you’d like to play and when you’d like to have your party.
Your party area will be at your disposal for setup 20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We do ask that at the conclusion of the 2-hour play session, you promptly vacate the space to allow us to clean and prepare it for the session. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
