Your own single room of 16’x22′ each, double room size of 32’X22 each with easy access to the play areas, or entirely private facility with visibility of all play areas.

Play + Party Room Access

Party Room access for the 1st 2 hours + 1 extra hour of play. You get to decide the flow of your party for the 1st 2 hours. After the Party room access ends, please remove all items you want/need & we do the cleanup.

Admission

The number of children in your chosen package, includes their admission. There is no admission for adults. Your party room size and the number of children included is determined by the package you choose.

Single Room Capacity (Fire Code): 30 guests (this includes all guests, not just the children)
Double Room Capacity (Fire Code): 60 guests (this includes all guests, not just the children)

One of our Jungle Tamers will be there to help in any way we can throughout your party time.

Special Gift

We want the birthday child to feel extra special on their birthday & we include a special Adventurer’s gift for the guest of honor. That way they can enjoy being a Jungle Tamer themselves even after they leave the jungle.

Plates & Utensils included

We include party supplies for the children in the party package. We have additional supplies upon request, additional fee will apply.

Birthday Party Policies

We’re thrilled that you’ve chosen Mystic Mountain Indoor Playground as the destination for your upcoming party! Our top priority is to ensure a high-quality event that will create lasting memories for your family. Before proceeding with your booking, we kindly ask for your approval of the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a positive experience for everyone. Thank you for your understanding!

Allowed Items

What items can be brought into the facility?

    • Individual water/individual drinks (Pouches, bottles, juice boxes/pouches, etc.)
    • Cake, cupcakes, big cookie, or equivalent
    • Ice Cream or equivalent
    • Refrigerator food options such as: sandwich tray, meat & cheese tray, veggie tray, fruit tray, etc.
    • Hot Food: Pizza
    • Other foods welcome based on approval prior to party

    FAILURE TO FOLLOW THESE RULES WILL RESULT IN ADDITIONAL FEES

Items Not Allowed

What items cannot be brought into the facility?

    • Anything other than pizza unless approved prior to party
    • Large Container Beverages (Such as 2 liters, gallon jugs, etc.)
    • No loose confetti or glitter
    • If you bring in balloons with glitter or confetti, do not pop them!
    • NO CANS!
    • NO MILK! (unless for a baby/toddler in a bottle/sippy cup)

Decorations

What is the decorations policy?

    • Allowed: Decorations such as balloons, streamers, theme table/wall decors, etc. are acceptable. Removable tape only.
    • Not Allowed: Decorations being put on walls with an object that will put holes in the walls (nails, screws, thumb tacks, or equivalent).
    • Not Allowed: loose glitter or confetti

  • Online reservations can generally be made up to 90 days in advance. For dates further in the future, please get in touch with us for assistance; we’re here to help!
  • Should you wish to modify your reservation, kindly contact us with as much advance notice as possible, and we’ll make every effort to accommodate your request.
  • Single & Double room parties must be booked the THURSDAY Prior to the Date you wish to book.
  • Private parties must be booked 2 weeks or more in advance.
  • 50% of party package price is due at time of booking, remaining 50% is taken care of at end of party room access.
  • Party Packages include admission for the children ONLY. Admission is NOT required for adults. Single Rooms can have no more than 30 people in the room. Double Rooms can allow no more than 60 people. Private Parties can have no more than 80 total people (Children and Adults). There can be no more than 2 adults per each child attending the party. Let us know if you have any issues. Example: 20 child package, no more than 60 adults; 10 child package, no more than 20 adults.
  • If your children count goes over the number you reserved for, additional admission of $14.00 plus TAX will be required per child.
  • If your party occupancy, requires you to be bumped up from a single to a double room, additional fees will apply. If there are not any additional rooms available, you will be asked to have guests leave. This is not our responsibility as we stated total occupancies above. Let us know as soon as possible how many occupants you anticipate so the correct measures can be taken on our end.
  • Upon your guests’ arrival, we will aid in tallying the individuals who intend to access the play areas. You will receive the final amount payable at the conclusion of the party session.
  • The maximum room capacity is, as per fire safety regulations. Total occupancy count is to be children & adults.
  • You have the flexibility to decide when you’d like to play and when you’d like to have your party.
  • Your party area will be at your disposal for setup 15-20 minutes prior to your scheduled time. We do ask that at the conclusion of the 2-hour party room access, you promptly vacate the space to allow us to clean and prepare it for the session. Your cooperation in this regard is greatly appreciated.
  • At time of booking, confirm if you would like party supplies or any upgrades (add ons), to ensure we have what you want/need in stock. You can let us know after you’ve booked, however supplies may be limited
  • Your are responsible for confirming your party date and time prior to submitting. If there is an error, please reach out so we can correct the issue/error. We are not at fault for you choosing the incorrect time or date. Refunds will not be given for this error.
  • All food and drinks for/with the party must remain in the party room. We have signs stating such in each of the party rooms prior to exiting said rooms. Failure to do so will result in a additional fee.
  • All food and drinks brought in must be approved and must follow all the rules we have set in place (no open ended cups). Failure to do so will result in additional fees.
  • Guests of all ages are welcome to enjoy our facilities. However, we kindly request that all participants adhere to our ‘Safe Play Pledge’ and do not exceed a weight limit of 250 pounds on the top level.
  • At the end of your scheduled 2 hour party reservation, please exit the party room to allow us ample time to clean and set up for the next scheduled parties. Please remove all items you wish to take with you and all personal belongings. Failure to do so will result in a $50 over usage fee for each additional 10 minutes you are utilizing the party room(s).
  • Any damage done to the party room(s) or facility during parties will be charged for the cost of repair and additional 10% of the repair quoted. (Paint scraps are excluded from this statement).
  • This is a non-smoking/vaping facility, if caught or strong odor of smoking/vaping occurring in the room/facility exist after or during party, person responsible or party will be charged extra $100.
  • Cancelation policy: if you request a refund of cancel within 14 days of scheduled party, you will not receive a refund. If you request a refund or cancel within 15-30 days of your scheduled party, you will be given the option to reschedule or be given a gift certificate in the amount of your reservation. This gift card can be used for goods and services we provide in store or online.
  • In case of a cancellation, please inform us as soon as possible. If you provide notice 30 days or more in advance, we’re pleased to offer a 100% refund of the reservation cost. For cancellations with less than 30 days’ notice, you forfeit your deposit; We can issue a gift certificate for the full amount of your purchase but you must request this at time of canceling (if canceling within 14 days we will not issue a gift card for your deposit). These gift certificates can be used for future parties, playground tickets, snacks, and souvenirs.
