• Each child will be able to visit and take a photo with the guests of honor, write/decorate/stamp their Chirstmas List Letter, take a jar of reindeer food, choose to decorate their cookies during or after their visit, as well as playtime during the event
• Mr. and Mrs. Clause Event requires a paid ticket for all children 15 and under, up to 2 free adults, and a 1/2 priced (of a child’s regular priced ticket) for each additional adult in attendance.
• For this event, anyone older than 16 years of age is considered an adult.
• Limit of 2 free adults, each additional adult is 1/2 priced of a regular weekday ticket price.
• Failure to follow ticketing rules will require additional costs outlined in this section. If you purchase the 10.99/child price and do not qualify due to age or membership, you will be charged the additional $5 for the correct ticket. If you reserve 3 free adults (or any adults past the 1st included 2) you will be charged $7.99/each additional adults. Please refer to our policy on adults found here, at the front desk, on social media, and other places throughout our website. BY RESERVING YOUR TICKETS YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS.
• Ticket is only good for the selected Mr. and Mrs. Clause event. The dates to choose from are Friday 11/19 from 5pm-7pm OR Sunday 11/21 from 1pm-3pm (purchased tickets determine the date)
• For quicker entry, simply present your tickets, which will be sent to your email upon order completion.
• The costs outlined in the event flyer includes taxes and fees.
• To ensure a secure and enjoyable jungle journey, all participants must adhere to our Safe Play Guidelines.
• Shoes are to be removed upon entry and placed along the storefront or at the seating area. Thank you for helping keep tracks off our mats.
• Socks required for all adventurers entering the playground areas.
